1) Brown Smith Wallace Advisory Services provides a "one-stop" information request which provides the capability to its users of receiving information from multiple vendors by completing one form. The user information collected from this form is provided to the vendors selected on the Request Information Form.

2) Brown Smith Wallace Advisory Services provides the capability of using its' copyrighted feature listing to create a side-by-side feature matrix comparison of vendors selected by the registered member. When a registered user creates this feature matrix comparison, the selected vendors will be notified that the member has created a comparative feature matrix. The selected vendors will be advised on the members name, company, title, email address, phone number, affiliated association, type of software, and modules selected.

When you visit our Web site, information may be requested of you in order for you to participate in our online services and to better profile our unique visitors so they can have a much more meaningful experience.

You may browse our Web site as a visitor without providing any personal information to us. Product/Service Purchases

Additional information is requested from users wishing to purchase products and services from our Web site. Purchasers have to provide contact information (such as name and billing address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This additional information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer orders. If we have trouble processing a customer order, this contact information will be used to get in touch with the user.


When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card information), that information is encrypted.
